Custom Sterilization Trays for Surgical Instruments

You can assemble custom plastic sterilization trays by combining lids, bases, silicone bars, and mats. Follow the steps below to create your PST Brand custom configuration:

For Micro Surgical Instruments (No Scopes)

  1. Identify Instruments: Determine the length and quantity of the instruments you need to place in the plastic sterilization tray.

  2. Arrange Instruments: Ideally, gather all the instruments and lay them side by side, close together but not touching. The overall arrangement should form a rectangular shape.

  3. Match with Tray Sizes: Refer to the list of available tray sizes that include silicone mats. Find the size that most closely matches your instrument arrangement.

  4. Check Fit: Measure the selected tray and confirm that your instrument layout fits within its dimensions.

  5. Place Order: Order your tray. If it turns out to be the wrong size, don’t worry—you can return it unused within 30 days (return shipping is the only cost).

For Scopes and Instruments Requiring Silicone Bars

  1. Measure Scopes: Determine the length and number of scopes you need to fit in the tray.

  2. Evaluate Tray Options: Check the list of scope trays to see which size would accommodate your scopes. Arrange the scopes to fit within that rectangular space and take a photo of the configuration.

  3. Visit Replacement Parts Section: Go to the PST Replacement Parts section of the store.

  4. Select Components: First, choose a lid and base according to the tray size you selected. Then, pick the appropriate silicone bar from the list and images—make sure its height matches the tray you intend to use.

  5. Configuration Review: Do not purchase yet. Email us the photo of your tray layout and the list of parts you plan to buy. We'll review it and help you spot any potential fit issues.

  6. Finalize Purchase: Once verified, you can proceed to purchase the parts and assemble your custom plastic sterilization tray using original PST components, proudly made in the USA.
