The trays that I ordered are exactly what I wanted, and are good quality. However, it took 5-6 weeks for them to ship my order without any updates or stating the items were on back order. It took so long to get the items that I had forgotten that I had ordered them. I then spent the majority of my day reaching out to customer service chat with very delayed responses for them to tell me it would be sent out the next day. A week later I received the items. Had I not reached out asking about my order, I may have never got my order.

I purchased a 14Ga needle to assist in force feeding and medicating a chronically ill garter snake that was losing weight. The needles came quickly and were exactly what I was expecting. They made the experience much quicker and less stressful for both me and the snake.
Since the medication and force-feedings she has been able to put on a little bit of weight and mostly recover from her illness.
Highly recommended for anyone with even minor training who has to force feed or orally medicate a small snake (although the food puree might not fit through smaller needles)
